My low-carb diet plan


I would like to share some options for a low-carb diet day plan


Every week I change it a bit so it's not so monotonous and products are diiferent.

Breakfast:
  • Cottage or ricotta cheese + fruits, nuts or flax-seed
  • Plain yogurt or kefir (without sugar) + fruits, nuts or flax-seed meal
  • mealEggs, omelets + vegetables or fruits
  • Protein Shakes

Lunch:

  • Green salad with salmon, grilled chicken, tuna or chicken salad
  • Quiche without crust and salad or vegetables
  • Meat+vegetable soups

Dinner:

Protein (meat, eggs, or soy) + vegetables - whether cooked as a skillet meal, in a crockpot, a casserole, or just about any cooking method.

But that's not the only way I use to keep myself in fit. I go to the gym and swim a lo

Also I eat 1 diet pill after each meal. I know that someone will shout-whaat? pills? My doctor recommended them for me and after using them for 2 years I have not side effects and I keep doing well. I'm not sure about other pills as I don't know them but I recommend mine - Proactol.
